Works with no signal
Each morning the app loads three days of jobs onto the phone. Your team can complete forms and take photos anywhere; everything sends itself as soon as there's signal. Nobody can mark a job finished until it has all sent.
Trident Field
Trident Field is the phone app for your installers, surveyors and site teams. A job can't start until the safety checks are done, and it can't be closed until the photos and forms your client's pack needs are in.
Fewer return visits for a missing photo, and nobody chasing a serial number on WhatsApp.
Funded retrofit is now paid on proof. TrustMark requires photos to be date and time stamped and geotagged, taken at the right stage of the install. Miss one, blur a serial number, or take it on someone's personal phone, and the home either waits for payment or needs another visit.
It gets worse when it goes wrong. Since 13 July 2026, closing a TrustMark non-compliance needs a video walkaround, and there are eight weeks to fix it.
And the typical field set-up makes it hard to get right:

Sign the RAMS, pass the check, take the photos and close the job. Turn the signal off part way through and see what happens.

A form can't go live until it collects everything your client's pack needs. Try publishing this one before it does.

Run a whole home through Trident, office and phone
Each morning the app loads three days of jobs onto the phone. Your team can complete forms and take photos anywhere; everything sends itself as soon as there's signal. Nobody can mark a job finished until it has all sent.
Photos are taken inside the app's own camera. The time, the home, the question it answers and the GPS location are burned onto the picture. Photos from the gallery and blank frames are refused. Nothing is saved to a personal camera roll.
Before work starts, the operative opens and signs the RAMS, confirms they've arrived, and completes a point-of-work safety check. No asbestos survey on file, no start. If anyone answers "stop", the job halts until a named supervisor lifts it. In hot weather, extra questions are added automatically from the Met Office forecast.
Your office builds and versions the forms. Trident won't let a form be published if it misses anything your client's evidence pack needs for that measure. If you have worksheet templates in another system, they can be imported as a starting point.
No app store. Your team opens a link and adds Trident Field to their home screen, on iPhone or Android. They sign in with a code sent by email; accounts are created by your office only. If a phone is lost, sign it out remotely and its data is wiped. There's even a practice job on a made-up home so new starters can learn without touching a real one.
Because it's part of Trident, what's captured on site lands on the right home, in the right place in the evidence, the moment it sends. Variations go to the office's pricing queue. The office sees what's done, what's waiting and what's missing without a phone call.
Trident has three parts that share the same records. Start with the one you need.
Installers, surveyors, quality inspectors and site teams working on funded retrofit programmes, whether they're your own staff or your subcontractors.
Thirty minutes on Teams. I'll walk a job through the app on a practice home, from the RAMS to the last photo, and you'll see the evidence arrive in the office.
If you go ahead, I build your forms from your client's evidence requirements.
Or ring me, Steven Hassall, on 07807 025270. I built Trident and I'll be the one on the call. Email works too: hello@trident-os.com.
If it isn't right for how you work, I'll tell you.
